NZ Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your recent purchase from WeatherBeeta. Should you need to contact our team or return your order, please refer to your Online Order Confirmation Number as emailed to you at the time of purchasing.

Our online returns process is simple and easy to follow.

Please click HERE and complete the steps provided to submit your return. If you're an existing customer, you can also access this information by logging into your account.

 Please follow the steps below to submit your return:

  • Click HERE to take you to your orders
  • Click on the order you wish to return
  • Select “Request Return” in the top left corner
  • Follow the prompts to choose the item and reason for return

Change of Mind Purchases:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange, you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Our returns team can accept your change-of-mind return if it meets the following criteria:

  • Timeline: The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: All items must be unworn, clean, hair-free, and in their original, resellable condition.

  • Packaging: All items must be returned with their original packaging and product tags still attached.

  • Exclusions: Strictly no returns or exchanges on items marked as "Final Sale" or "Online Only Clearance" on the product page, unless the item arrives faulty or was incorrectly shipped.

How to Return Your Item:

  1. Initiate your return digitally by clicking HERE and following the prompts, or log into your customer account.

  2. Once your digital request is logged, please securely package your items and mail them to our main warehouse:

  3. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return postage costs. We do not charge any additional restocking or handling fees.

Refunds & Processing Windows:

Once your return is physically received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your package arrives at our warehouse for the funds to appear in your account.

If you choose an exchange, your replacement item (of equal or lesser value) will be dispatched within our standard processing windows.

Manufacturing Faults, Delivery Damages or Received the Incorrect Item:

We take the quality of our stock very seriously and have set measures in place to make sure that things like this don’t happen. Occasionally a faulty/incorrect item will slip through the cracks, so we do apologise if you feel the item is not up to standard.
