1. Acceptance of terms
Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, participating retailers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, parent, or child.
Acting reasonably, the Promoter may exclude any person from entering into the competition.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion period commences on 1/5/26 and ends at 11:59pm NZST on 30/6/26.
Two prize draws will be conducted during the promotion period: one draw for entries received between 1 May and 31 May 2026, and one draw for entries received between 1 June and 30 June 2026.

4. Entry
To enter, an entrant must purchase one (1) new season WeatherBeeta ComFiTec Turnout Rug from a participating WeatherBeeta retailer (either in store or online) in New Zealand during the promotion period. Each eligible purchase constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted with multiple eligible purchases. We reserve the right to limit the number of entries per person at any time by notice on our website.

For WeatherBeeta online purchases, each eligible purchase will be automatically entered into the applicable monthly prize draw. No further action is required.

For retailer purchases, entrants must complete the online entry form via the QR code displayed in store or via the retailer’s supplied entry link. A retailer purchase will only be entered into the draw once the online entry form has been successfully submitted. Entrants must provide accurate personal details and valid proof of purchase as requested.

All entries must be received by the Promoter during the "Promotion period" outlined above or such later date as we may determine. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any lost, misplaced, damaged, late or incomplete entries.

The Promoter may disregard any entries which are not submitted in accordance with the entry requirements specified above, are received after the "Promotion period" specified above, or are damaged or incomplete.

5. Prize
There are two (2) prizes to be won in total. One (1) $1,000 WeatherBeeta Shopping Spree will be awarded for the May draw and one (1) $1,000 WeatherBeeta Shopping Spree will be awarded for the June draw.

Winners who made an online purchase will receive a $1,000 WeatherBeeta online voucher and will be contacted directly by the WeatherBeeta Online Team to arrange prize delivery. Winners who made an in store purchase will be contacted directly by the retailer from whom the winning purchase was made, and the retailer will provide and fulfil the $1,000 WeatherBeeta Shopping Spree prize.

The winner will be notified either by the WeatherBeeta Online Team (weatherbeeta online purchases) or by the retailer of the qualifying purchase, using the contact details provided at purchase. Winners will also be announced on the WeatherBeeta New Zealand Facebook page. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, or we are unable to make contact with the contact details provided, their entry may be deemed invalid and the prize may be redrawn.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, including proof of purchase, and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, misleading, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize must be redeemed in a single transaction to the total value of $1,000 and is subject to standard voucher or retailer terms, which may include expiry dates and product exclusions. If a prize item is not available in the winner’s preferred size, colour, or style, an alternative WeatherBeeta product of equal value may be substituted.

The winner of a prize is responsible for any tax or other costs arising in relation to, or associated with, the prize.

6. Prize Draw
Each winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the applicable draw period. The May draw will take place 1st June 2026, and the June draw will take place 1st July 2026, or such later date as we may determine. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

Our determination of the prize winners will be final and binding, and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into.

7. Publicity and Promotions
By providing the Promoter with an email address and/or a mobile phone number, you consent to the Promoter sending you electronic messages for promotional purposes. Any electronic message that the Promoter sends to you will include instructions explaining how you can unsubscribe from further electronic messages.

The Promoter may use a prize winner's name, details and photographs for promotional and media purposes, and prize winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements which the Promoter may reasonably require, in each case without compensation.

8. Privacy
You authorise the Promoter to collect, hold and use your personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition, providing you with notifications or information regarding the Promoter's website or products or services, engaging in publicity activities under clause 7 or for any other purpose specified in our privacy policy (which can be found on the website).

The Promoter will not share your personal information except in connection with the purpose for which it is obtained or otherwise as permitted by New Zealand privacy laws.

You understand that you have a right of access to, and may request correction of, personal information held by the Promoter about you, which you may exercise by contacting us in accordance with our privacy policy.

If you fail to provide the personal information requested on the entry form, the Promoter may refuse to accept your entry.

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to (acting reasonably) replace, amend, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.

The Promoter is WeatherBeeta Ltd (NZCN 382908) of 85B Springs Road, East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss) suffered or incurred by you (or any other person) as a result of or in connection with the competition or a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
